1- Prof. Turan Ozturk and coworkers’ report, for the first time, use of thienothiophene (TT) and single wall carbon nanotube (SWCNT) based free-standing and flexible hybrid material (TT-TPA-SWCNT) as a high-performance supercapacitor.
2- Prof. Turan Ozturk and coworkers report, a novel TTM fluorescent probe bearing fluorobenzene substituted thienothiophene, thiophene and malononitrile units for highly sensitive and selective detection of ClO. To literature, this report is one of the rare examples of a dual-channel (optical and electrochemical) probe with a turn-on mechanism.
